Often in enquiries from customers or on Facebook we get queries about really wide sliding gates. Doubts mainly relate to the maximum width of the entrance gate. Interested parties want to know whether such a gate will work well, what maximum leaf length we can make and whether there is a reliable automation that can cope with opening and closing such long and heavy leafs. And that many times a day!
We have proven more than once that nothing is impossible and we will prepare absolutely any gate in our workshop. In the case of this order, which went all the way to the Netherlands, the entrance is as long as 32 running metres. Constructing such a long leaf in one piece is not possible, but nothing prevents us from making two leaves, 16 metres each. Plus the Beninca automation and the gate glides smoothly. In the video, you will also see that even without the automation, one man is able to close and open a single leaf without much trouble and without struggling.
